Scoping call
Thirty minutes with Tony. We size the cohort, pick the path, and map the calendar against your team's time zones.

Written proposal
You get rollout plan, cadence, per-member pricing, and billing terms in writing. Nothing to sign on the call itself.
- 03Weeks 1 to 2
Member onboarding
Each member creates an account, completes intake, and receives their lab kit. Members electing the clinical path complete medical intake separately with our partner physician.

Programming begins
Live sessions run weekly. Peptides and lab kits arrive at home. Your concierge handles scheduling, questions, and anything that needs a human.

Questions teams ask first
Do employees have to take peptides?
No. Twin Membership involves no medical intake at all. The clinical path is opt-in, individual, and gated behind a physician's approval. A team can run entirely on Path B.
What does leadership actually see?
Team-level engagement and outcome trends only. Individual biomarkers, lab results, and prescriptions stay between the member and their physician, and are never shared with the sponsoring company.
How does billing work?
Per member, invoiced to the company on a schedule we agree in the proposal. Members electing the clinical path can be billed separately if you would rather the company not fund that portion.
Our team is spread across time zones. Does that work?
That is the design. Everything ships to the member's home and every live session is recorded to the on-demand library, so nobody has to be in a specific city or awake at a specific hour.
Can we start with a pilot cohort?
Yes, and most teams do. A leadership or high-performer cohort first, then a broader rollout once you have a quarter of data behind it.

Cost depends on cohort size, which path your members take, and how much custom programming you want. Rather than post a number that would be wrong for most teams, we scope it on a short call.
