Although LongevityPlan.AI may facilitate access to certain laboratory and medical service providers on your behalf, LongevityPlan.AI does not recommend or refer you to any healthcare providers, and you are free to choose any healthcare provider and to continue to use LongevityPlan.AI's services. LongevityPlan.AI does not offer medical advice, laboratory services, a diagnosis, medical treatment, or any form of medical opinion, through our services or otherwise. LongevityPlan.AI's services are not a substitute for medical care, medical advice, and/or a detailed discussion with your primary care physician or other licensed provider. If you have any questions regarding any laboratory results or other information that you access through LongevityPlan.AI, we recommend that you discuss those questions with a primary care physician or other licensed provider. All material, information, data, and content that LongevityPlan.AI provides is strictly for general information purposes.
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process "consumer health data" in the event that we process such data. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies only where LongevityPlan.AI acts as a data controller—for example, when you interact with LongevityPlan.AI as a consumer for personal use ("Services").
These supplemental disclosures contain additional information relevant to residents of Washington or residents in states with similar "consumer health data" laws. This content should be read in conjunction with the rest of our Privacy Policy.
In case of conflict between our Privacy Policy and these supplemental disclosures, the supplemental disclosures shall prevail, where applicable.

- Vital signs, bodily functions, symptoms, or health measurements that reveal your health status;
- Information about your use or purchase of prescribed medication;
- Biometric and genetic data;
- Precise location information;
- Information, including location or precise location information, that could identify your attempt to seek health care services or supplies; and
- Other information that may be used to infer or derive consumer health data. You can revoke your consent to third-party integrations that may provide LongevityPlan.AI access to consumer health data at any time in your Settings.
2. Uses of Consumer Health Data Permitted Under Applicable Data Protection Laws
We use your consumer health data for the following purposes:
- To integrate your third party health application with LongevityPlan.AI so that you share your data with LongevityPlan.AI to allow LongevityPlan.AI to provide Services
- To prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, and violations of our Usage Policy, unlawful or criminal activity, unauthorized access to or use of personal data or LongevityPlan.AI systems and networks, to protect our rights and the rights of others, and to meet legal, governmental and institutional policy obligations;
- In an aggregated form, to help us develop, test and improve our services.
We may seek your consent to certain uses of consumer health data in accordance with applicable laws. For example, we may seek your consent to integrate with a third-party health app and collect and process data we collect through the integration.
3. How We Disclose Consumer Health Data
LongevityPlan.AI does not disclose the categories of consumer health data described above to third parties.
4. Rights and Choices
You may be entitled, in accordance with applicable law, to submit a request to know, access, or delete the consumer health data we have collected about you or withdraw consent to our use of consumer health data.

LongevityPlan.AI does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Please be aware that HSA/FSA eligibility, contribution amounts, rollover provisions, and other key features may change annually and differ between plans. We recommend consulting your plan administrator, HR department, or a qualified tax or financial advisor to understand how these accounts apply to your specific situation. We are not responsible for any errors or changes in regulations that may affect your FSA or HSA benefits.
