About LongevityPlan.AI

LongevityPlan.AI brings together personalized wellness, peptide science education, and AI-powered tools to help people make more informed decisions about healthy aging, fitness, and recovery. Our Digital Twin technology connects wearable data, biomarkers, and individual goals to support a personalized, human-guided experience.

We are expanding our longevity coaching services for large enterprise and corporate customers. Our goal is to make longevity science understandable and actionable for busy professionals, not just elite athletes or people with unlimited time to invest in their health.

The role

We are seeking an experienced, engaging Longevity Coach to provide personalized coaching and peptide science education to employees, managers, and executives through employer-sponsored wellness programs.

You will lead individual coaching sessions, facilitate educational workshops, and help participants translate their goals into realistic, sustainable habits. Topics will include healthy aging, fitness, muscle preservation, sleep, recovery, stress management, metabolic health, and the science behind peptide-based therapies.

The ideal candidate combines strong coaching skills with scientific literacy, professional judgment, and the ability to connect with people across different backgrounds, fitness levels, and stages of life. You should be equally comfortable helping a beginner establish consistent habits and helping an executive navigate complex questions about longevity trends.

This is a coaching and education role, not a prescribing or medical-treatment position.

What you'll do

  • Deliver personalized longevity coaching. Lead virtual, one-to-one sessions, typically 30 or 60 minutes, that help participants clarify priorities, identify barriers, establish achievable goals, and build accountability. Adapt the conversation to demanding schedules, travel, caregiving responsibilities, and individual readiness for change.
  • Provide peptide science education. Explain peptide fundamentals, mechanisms of action, potential applications, evidence limitations, and safety considerations in accessible language. Help participants distinguish FDA-approved medications, compounded preparations, investigational compounds, and research-use-only products, and prepare informed questions for licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Support sustainable health and fitness habits. Coach participants on behavior change related to movement, strength, cardiovascular fitness, sleep, recovery, nutrition habits, and stress management. Provide education within your professional scope and help participants follow recommendations established by their qualified healthcare or fitness professionals.
  • Lead corporate workshops and group sessions. Facilitate engaging webinars, small-group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. Potential topics include “Longevity for Busy Professionals,” “Peptides 101: Understanding the Science,” “Healthy Habits During Medically Supervised Weight Loss,” and “Making Sense of Wearable Data.”
  • Use data to support, not replace, coaching. Help participants explore wearable trends, self-reported habits, and clinician-reviewed findings as context for goal-setting. Use company-approved tools thoughtfully, recognize their limitations, and refer medical interpretation or treatment questions to appropriate professionals.
  • Collaborate with enterprise and clinical partners. Work with LongevityPlan.AI leadership, program operations, customer-success teams, and designated clinical resources to deliver a consistent participant experience. Contribute to program planning while maintaining a clear distinction between employer objectives and an individual participant's confidential coaching relationship.
  • Document progress and improve the program. Maintain timely, concise session notes and agreed action steps in approved systems. Contribute to educational materials, identify recurring participant needs, and provide appropriately aggregated feedback on engagement, satisfaction, and program improvement. Follow established privacy, referral, and safety-escalation procedures.

Required qualifications

  • At least three years of relevant experience in health and wellness coaching, corporate wellness, lifestyle behavior change, or a related participant-facing role, including substantial one-to-one coaching experience.
  • A recognized health and wellness coaching credential, such as National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), or a comparable combination of formal coaching training, relevant professional credentials, and demonstrated experience.
  • Strong scientific literacy, including the ability to evaluate research quality, distinguish human evidence from animal or laboratory findings, and explain uncertainty without exaggerating benefits.
  • Working knowledge of longevity and peptide science, with the judgment to recognize the limits of your expertise and refer questions appropriately.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including experience leading virtual conversations or presentations and translating complex subjects for nontechnical audiences.
  • A professional, empathetic, and inclusive coaching approach, supported by strong organization, reliable follow-through, a private workspace, and comfort using digital coaching platforms.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience serving enterprise customers, executive populations, employee-benefits programs, or digital wellness platforms.
  • A degree or professional background in exercise physiology, nutrition, nursing, public health, medicine, pharmacy, behavioral science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting lifestyle behavior change for individuals receiving clinician-managed GLP-1 or other peptide-based treatment.
  • Familiarity with wearable technology, body-composition concepts, cardiovascular fitness measures, and the responsible use of AI-supported wellness tools.
  • Experience developing educational content, facilitating group programs, or coaching in more than one language.

Coaching scope and professional standards

Our approach is collaborative and participant-centered. Coaches support self-directed goals, provide appropriate educational resources, and help participants build sustainable habits. They do not independently diagnose conditions, medically interpret laboratory results, prescribe or change medications, recommend peptide dosing, or create medical treatment protocols. Nutrition and exercise services must remain within the coach's applicable credentials and professional scope.

Peptide education must clearly communicate evidence quality, uncertainty, and the distinction between education and individualized medical advice. Research-use-only products must not be recommended for human use or presented as substitutes for approved treatments. Medical questions and potential adverse effects must be referred or escalated through the appropriate clinical pathway.

Participant confidentiality is essential. Coaches must use approved systems, obtain appropriate consent, and follow applicable privacy requirements and company policies. Employer-facing reporting must use approved aggregate information rather than individual coaching notes, laboratory results, or medication details.

What success looks like

Success means participants feel heard, understand their options more clearly, and leave sessions with achievable next steps that reflect their own priorities. We will evaluate coaching quality through participant feedback, engagement, progress toward self-selected goals, timely documentation, and appropriate professional judgment, not promises of age reversal or guaranteed medical outcomes.

Schedule and compensation

This is a part-time, hourly engagement with session availability established by mutual agreement. Work may include individual coaching, group education, and agreed preparation, documentation, onboarding, and program-development activities.

The written agreement will define billable activities, rates, cancellation terms, invoicing, and any minimum or maximum hours. Session volume may vary with enterprise program launches and participant demand. Additional assignments may become available as the practice grows.

Why join LongevityPlan.AI?

Help shape an expanding corporate longevity coaching practice at the intersection of health education, behavior change, and technology. You will have the opportunity to support people across major organizations, contribute to an evolving educational program, and collaborate with professionals who value both scientific rigor and a supportive participant experience.

We are looking for coaches who are curious about innovation, careful with evidence, and committed to helping people make meaningful changes that fit their lives.
